Looks like he had the windshield replaced (it had a crack), and put all new fancy lights on the front. And vent visors.

My old truck was gorgeous. It was older ('92 Ranger), but it was in pristine condition. Not a scratch or spot of rust on it, meticulously washed & waxed. A few months after I traded it in, I saw it. You know those college student painters? Yep. It had one of those signs on it, and COVERED in various colours of house paint.

I don't mind the lights, I was going to replace them myself with similar units. But the ones in the grille are dumb. And he re-added vent visors.
